Overseas Shipping

For international orders, we will provide a tracking number by the delivery company and you may track your order status via their website. Depending on the availability of the shipping company to various countries, we do our best to estimate the shipping cost to various countries but are unable to give a fixed timeframe for when you will receive your order as the delivery company solely handles this.

Custom Duties & Taxes

For all deliveries, Issho Labo will not be liable for items that are damaged, lost or missing during the shipping process.

For overseas shipping, you will be responsible for additional custom duties and taxes to be paid for. Please note that if you choose to reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if you're uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel, Issho Labo will not be liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred.
